Services Specialist – Commissioning

We’re looking for a motivated and technically skilled Field Service Engineer to join our growing team focused on renewable energy solutions. In this role, you’ll help maintain and service wind turbines across various locations, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency and contribute to a cleaner, more sustainable future.

As part of our field operations crew, you’ll be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing turbine systems, both on a scheduled and emergency basis. Your work will directly impact the reliability of our wind energy output and the satisfaction of our clients. This is a hands-on role that requires technical know-how, problem-solving skills, and a strong safety mindset.

What you’ll do:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wind turbines and related systems;
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in the field;
• Support installation and commissioning of new turbines;
• Document and report technical findings, service logs, and recommendations;
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental standards;
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and site managers.

About you:

• Background in mechanical, electrical, or renewable energy engineering;
• Prior experience with wind turbines or industrial maintenance (preferred);
• Comfortable working at height and in varying weather conditions;
• Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to remote wind sites.
